Yesterday our Training Manager Kaylee and one of our Graduates Chris (pictured) attended a CII event hosted for Geography students from across the country. The aim to was to promote the insurance industry, raise awareness for the career opportunities available and link their degrees to the key skills and attributes employees look for.

Over 75 people attended the event where internships, work experience and graduate programmes were discussed, and Chris was invited onto a panel where students were able to ask specific questions about his career and progression at Davies.

Following the event, Caspar Bartington (Relationship Manager – CII) commented:

‘The feedback from all delegates was positive and I think together we have helped encourage a good number of them to apply for graduate schemes and internships in our sector’
